Choose the supported vehicle and puncture service in the RoadAssist booking flow. The price shown before submission applies to the selected service; any extra work, replacement parts or towing should be discussed before the mechanic begins.
After the mechanic arrives at the correct location, share the four-digit service OTP shown on the customer screen. If the tyre cannot be repaired safely on location, the mechanic can explain the next suitable option.
