The current RoadAssist base price shown for CAR_BREAKDOWN service is ₹600. The mechanic can call, chat or navigate to the customer location after accepting the job, while the customer follows progress through the web booking screen.
If the vehicle cannot be repaired safely at the roadside, RoadAssist also provides a separate towing service option so the customer can choose the more appropriate assistance type.
