During the mechanic-app rollout, some bookings may still show the existing configured base amount. Always review the price shown in the booking flow and agree on repair costs before work starts.
If the vehicle cannot be repaired safely at the roadside, RoadAssist also provides a separate towing service option so the customer can choose the more appropriate assistance type.
